Good service. Was an error in the address so the courier tried to deliver 90 miles away - but soon resolved by email exchange and diverted to correct address within a couple of days. Also one piece of order was wrong length but again sorted quickly by email and expedited replacement.

Ordered two plastic pieces. The larger piece was ordered edged. The smaller piece was cut, but not edged. The larger piece was not edged perfectly and there was a flaw half way down one of the longer sides. It is not sufficient to make a fuss about, just disappointing. Otherwise, both products were to the exact size ordered. The packaging was more than sufficient. Otherwise, little notice was given of the delivery and arrived when I was out. The products were left in a reasonably secure place and were safe when I arrived home.
