Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is within 7 working days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and we'll email you when your order ships with tracking details where available.

How We Deliver

Small and medium orders ship via DX or APC couriers. Large and extra-large items may be delivered by our in-house service, Stream — a one-person kerbside delivery. Please arrange help to bring large items inside.

Delivery Area

We deliver across mainland Great Britain. We're unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Skye, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, or certain Scottish Highland postcodes. Some postcodes may incur a surcharge.

Packaging & Damage

Every order is carefully packaged with protective film. If your delivery appears damaged, sign for it as DAMAGED and contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description.

We strive to complete all orders within the estimated time frame. However, in rare cases, there may be delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Economy Shipping

Delivery time is dependent on your order and estimated at checkout. While we give an estimate, situations outside of our control may affect this. We will send you an email when your item has been shipped.

Standard Collection

Our standard collection option is free and we will give you an estimated date as to when your order should be ready to collect. Please do not try to collect your order until you have received the email stating your order is ready for collection.

Due to the bespoke nature and limited storage space, all collections must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the email notification that your order is ready to collect. After this date, your order may be discarded and no refunds will be issued (with the exception of damaged/incorrect orders). If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days, please contact us to request a possible extension.

Couriers

Depending on the size and weight of your order it will be shipped via APC, DX or our in-house delivery service (please see below).

Important: Large and Extra Large items are delivered to the kerbside only. Please arrange assistance to bring them inside if needed.

In-House Delivery Service

For items that are too large, heavy or delicate for our standard couriers, we use our in-house delivery service, Stream. This is a one-person delivery service and may additionally apply to orders where the sizes fall within their limits due to the varied nature of bespoke items.

Kerbside Delivery:

For large orders delivered by Stream, items will be delivered to the curb or nearest accessible point. Please ensure you have help arranged to bring the items inside if they’re too heavy for you or the driver to carry. Our driver may require assistance to unload exceptionally large or heavy items.

Delivery Restrictions

We use DX and APC for most deliveries. Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to the Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands. Some postcodes may incur additional delivery charges.

We package every order to the highest standard, but we cannot accept liability for delays caused by couriers.

Delivery Limitations

While we do our best to deliver to as many locations as possible, there are a small number of occasions where we may not be able to fulfil an order.

This is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • The items are too large for our third-party couriers to handle safely.
  • The delivery address falls outside the delivery zone covered by our internal couriers.
  • The total weight of the order makes it unsuitable for safe transport without risk of damage.

Our website is designed to prevent orders that exceed postcode, size, or weight limits, but on rare occasions, a unique order may still fall outside what can be safely delivered. All large orders are reviewed by our Delivery Logistics Manager to determine the most suitable delivery method — whether that’s using our internal couriers (who operate larger vehicles) or our trusted third-party couriers who cover a wider area of the UK.

If we find that we’re unable to fulfil your order, it will be placed on hold while we contact you to discuss the available options. You’ll be given the choice to:

  • Arrange a collection from our workshop,
  • Adjust your order to reduce its size or weight, or
  • Receive a full refund.

You can have different addresses for billing and delivery. You can pick different addresses whilst checking out.

Can I collect my order?

You are more than welcome to come and pick your order up from us. You can select this option at the checkout and will be given an estimated collection date and then an email when your order is ready to collect. Our address is Unit 60, Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, BN5 9XR.

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. We will email you again with your invoice when your item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Where possible, this email will include the courier’s tracking details.

Will I have to be in all day?

Depending on how your order is being delivered, the courier may be able to give you a window for delivery via the courier tracking number. If you are unable to be at home for the delivery, our couriers will try to leave your order somewhere safe, or with a neighbour. If you are not going to be in, a clear note on the front door really helps the couriers.

For large orders, delivery is to kerbside only so please bear this in mind if you're not going to be available on the day of delivery.

In what condition should my order be delivered?

While all orders are made to a high quality and leave our shipment facility in a protected film, if your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please sign for it as DAMAGED and contact us via our contact form within 24 hours with a description of the fault, and photographic evidence.

Do you deliver outside of Great Britain?

Currently, we do not provide any deliveries outside of Great Britain. We are also unable to deliver to any addresses on the Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Eire, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands.

What is your normal delivery timescale?

Our normal delivery timescale is within 7 working days, however, during busy times this may be longer.
