Oversized packaging (half-A1) caused 8 x A4 perspex sheets to move freely inside, resulting in one corner breaking through the edge of the packaging and being exposed on arrival. Luckily, none of the sheets were damaged, but this packaging was completely inappropriate for 8 x A4 sheets.

Great service. Order was slightly delayed but I was kept informed of this by email. Wood was shipped well protected from edge damage and moisture and so arrived in perfect condition. Each piece of wood was labeled with a sticky label that peeled off readily by hand. All in all a well thought out service. Will use this company again for future orders.

Easy to order and panels came to measurements perfectly. Instructions to assemble were good too. The only thing I was disappointed with was the primer. I paid extra for this but none of the edges are primed just the front and back.
