Smashed the glass in my outdoor patio table, decided to replace it with Acrylic.

Transit damage but good customer service
The products ordered ( 3 x FINSA grey boards, banded all sides) were accurately cut.
There was no packaging on the boards, and all surfaces had scratches/marks from delivery.
Customer service was swift to respond, offering full collect & replacement, or 20% refund.
Due to time constraints for using the boards, I took the partial refund, which was processed extremely quickly.
Ultimately, some kind of protective packaging would have prevented the transit damage.
So, product dimensions and customer service were great, product finish was poor due to transit damage.
