Since we provide our bathroom splashbacks cut to size, including any cutouts, there’s no need for cutting the splashback yourself at home and therefore no mess! Installation is really as simple as glueing the splashback in place. Just apply adhesive to the back and apply to the wall, and once you have done this you can peel off the protective film on the front. I ordered two products, with specific measurements, the larger of the two was perfect, the smaller size was 2mm smaller in one direction, so it didn't fully cover the area I needed to, but I can adapt that, so not a huge problem. And, I can see that there is a possibility that a cutting service can be 2-3 mm out. Ironically 2 mm bigger would have been better. But I am happy with both products.
