Edge banding is a protective material applied to exposed edges which not only gives your project a clean and polished look, but also provides protection against wear, impact, and moisture. This results in a more durable and long-lasting product due to the sealed edges of the veneered MDF sheet.

You can choose from matching edges to the board material you are buying, or you can choose a contrasting edge banding for a customised look. Whether you prefer a wood grain, a metallic sheen or a vibrant colour, we have plenty of options for you to choose from to allow you to tailor your creation and create a more premium look to your veneered sheet.

We recommend lacquering wood, not only to protect it from moisture and staining but also because it enhances the natural beauty of the wood adding depth and clarity to its grain and colour. Lacquer helps extend the lifespan of the wood and keeps it looking new for a longer time.

The lacquer is spray painted by our expert sprayer with 20+ years of experience in the automotive industry resulting in a professional finish that can’t be matched with a paint brush at home.

The lacquer is matt with a 10% level of gloss, it has a low reflectance when dry.
