I ordered a piece of walnut veneered MDF from Cut My, to use as a self- built island top. The piece was made to a very high standard, with beautifully edged sides and exactly to size. Delivered in good time and very well packaged. It may have been my own lack of research about the finish, but I needed to coat it a few times after receiving it, despite thinking that would already have been done. I think it did have a single coat, but needed more to be used as a worktop in this way. Otherwise, extremely happy.
