We are committed to protecting your privacy throughout all dealings, and after. 3. What information do we collect?

Some information collected will be encrypted, and we will not be able to read this encryption, such as in the case of passwords. We collect the following types of information:

4. Why do we ask for this information?

When you place an order online with us, we require your contact and payment information to enable us to take payment and fulfil your order. You can browse our website without providing us with any of this information. When you want to place an order via the website, we ask you to log in or register. This is to enable features including but not limited to:

  • Viewing and acting upon quotes
  • Viewing past orders
  • Check the status of orders
  • Updating contact details
  • Proceed through checkout faster. 

You can place an order without logging into an account or registering, however, we still record your contact and partial payment details as a result.

Additionally, we may ask for, or collect your information when you use our live instant messaging support system, or if you contact our customer services.

You do not have to permit us to use our website. 

We ask for your permission to send you marketing and promotional material using your email address so that we can send you gifts, discount vouchers, invitations to events, special offers, market research, and other marketing material that we believe may be of interest to you. 5. How do we use your personal information

8. Your rights

You have the right to ask us to:
