The piece of would came with a scratch down it, think from the packaging tape. Apart from that and better delivery, it is exactly what I wanted. I think I may have to sand it for it's intended use, which is a shame. However, it's size and thickness is great.

Following a change from integrated dishwasher to a freestanding one we needed a new plinth. This one proved an ideal solution. Did need a bit of trimming to fit under the old units but was a perfect fit under the two newer carcases. A much better (cheaper) answer than a new kitchen!
