Using 22mm high quality MDF board, our shaker cupboard doors are handcrafted in our Sussex workshop by our skilled team of woodworkers and spray painters. The 22mm thickness offers substantial weight and solidity, conveying a sense of craftsmanship and quality in every panel. Each door is then primed and spray painted with two coats of paint and your chosen sheen is then applied whether it be matt or gloss. There’s no vinyl wrap that could one day start to peel, just a superior painted finish that adds to the traditional shaker style and creates a high-end quality, look and feel.

Made to Measure

We can create any size door you require to fit bespoke cupboards or any branded kitchen such as Howdens, B&Q or Ikea. Simply measure the existing doors and we can create replacement shaker doors in the exact same size for a quick and easy kitchen makeover.
