Was very easy to order online and no issues with the delivery so really happy overall.
The only thing I would have liked is that the edges when it says polished I thought it would have been slightly bevelled or rounded so there are no sharp edges. Little disappointment about it not having this.

We ordered a MDF wood panel wall
We ordered a MDF wood panel wall, and thought the ordering process including the visualisation of the wall on the website was excellent. Wood arrived cut exactly right, well packaged and ready to fit. The only thing I thought could be improved was sending with the wood a technical diagram / fitting diagram. We ended up having to go back into the website, entering all our measurements again just to try and get a technical drawing. Would be so much more helpful if you could print and include this in the kit.

I'm a repeat customer
I'm a repeat customer, which in itself says a lot. In total, that's three times Ive used the Cut My service - across a range of different products - MDF, Dibond (brushed copper) and acrylic - so everything from internal panelling, extensive splashbacks and secondary glazing. Every order is cut to perfection, well packaged, and promptly delivered. The product quality is equally as good - the Dibond sheeting, in particular, is a game-changer for me.
