Great i got exactly what i ordered, precisely cut. Makes a great working surface for my desk.
They seem to manage their own deliveries with their own driver countrywide. This probably means that there's less chance of damaged to the materials as they know how to handle and pack them and they don't pass through delivery hubs. However the delivery timescales on their site are a off by a significant margin. Add a week or two at least.

Unfortunatly they use APC for delivery.
Unfortunatly they used APC which snapped my order then snapped the replacement.
However its the customer sevice that makes a company. They resolved the issue with full refund. It would of been 5 stars but a slight delay on the replacment without communication was disappointing, but it is holiday season so expected.
