Our polycarbonate glazing panels are 200 times stronger than traditional glass, so you'll never have to worry about breakage from impacts or extreme weather conditions again. Say goodbye to constantly replacing flimsy glass panes!
Polycarbonate blocks over 99% of harmful UV rays that can damage your plants, protecting your greenhouse interior and maintaining the ideal growing conditions that your plants need.
The unique cellular structure of our polycarbonate panels provides excellent insulation. This means your greenhouse will stay warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, providing consistent, ideal temperatures for your plants year-round.
Our polycarbonate panels allow condensation to sheet off smoothly and easily, preventing annoying dripping on your plants and mould growth on your greenhouse structure.
Polycarbonate glazing gives your plants great light diffusion without glare or hot spots. Your plants get the ideal light exposure they need for healthy growth and excellent clarity.
While glass breaks down and needs replacement over time, polycarbonate has a lifespan of up to 20 years. Make an investment in glazing that will last for many years to come.
Get standard-sized panels for an easy solution or provide us with your exact measurements and specifications for customized panels cut precisely to fit your unique greenhouse.
Our lightweight polycarbonate panels attach easily to aluminium or wood beams for quick and simple installation. No specialised tools or skills are required!
Keep your panels looking clear by cleaning periodically with mild soap and water. Polycarbonate is an easy, low-maintenance glazing material.
Professional growers, nurseries, schools, businesses and home gardeners alike choose polycarbonate over other glazing materials for its durability, performance, and ease of use.
The first step in fitting replacement greenhouse panels is to accurately measure the existing frame. Make sure to measure the width and length of each panel opening. Also, measure the height at the eave and peak. Having detailed measurements of your greenhouse will ensure the proper fitting of replacement panels - remember, measure twice, cut once (or In this case, order once)
Use your measurements to order replacement polycarbonate panels in the appropriate standard sizes, or you can provide your dimensions to have custom panels precisely cut for an exact fit. Make sure to account for any overlap or wiggle room needed when ordering.
Inspect the frame and make any necessary repairs before installing replacement panels. Check for loose screws, decayed wood, gaps, etc. A sturdy frame is crucial for proper panel fitting. Remove any remaining bits of old glazing material and clean the frame.
Attach your polycarbonate panels. In most cases, the panels are fitted into existing side and top aluminium or wood strips designed to hold the glazing in place. Make sure the panels slide fully into the frame channel.
Caulk any gaps between the panels and frame with 100% silicone caulk. This will provide an extra layer of protection against leaks.
Following these steps will result in replacement polycarbonate panels that are correctly fitted and installed for optimal performance. Let us know if you need any guidance selecting the right panels or installing them properly in your greenhouse frame.
