We ordered a MDF wood panel wall
We ordered a MDF wood panel wall, and thought the ordering process including the visualisation of the wall on the website was excellent. Wood arrived cut exactly right, well packaged and ready to fit. The only thing I thought could be improved was sending with the wood a technical diagram / fitting diagram. We ended up having to go back into the website, entering all our measurements again just to try and get a technical drawing. Would be so much more helpful if you could print and include this in the kit.

I'm a repeat customer, which in itself says a lot. In total, that's three times Ive used the Cut My service - across a range of different products - MDF, Dibond (brushed copper) and acrylic - so everything from internal panelling, extensive splashbacks and secondary glazing. Every order is cut to perfection, well packaged, and promptly delivered. The product quality is equally as good - the Dibond sheeting, in particular, is a game-changer for me. Very highly recommended.

The end result is excellent but some improvement needed
The end result is excellent. I did need help with my online order though (I think some improvements could be made to the website, with a step by step guide to cut out positions, etc). Response to emails needs to be more prompt (a response to a question took over a week). There is no phone number advertised, although I sourced it using Apple Maps because they are local to me. There was a mistake in processing one piece but it was dealt with efficiently. Overall, I would reuse cutmy.

Top marks. I sent measurements in millimeters instead of centimetres, by mistake They called me to query my order which saved me the cost and delivery of what would have been a useless item. Despite the delay this caused, I still received the item, which was urgent, before Christmas. The perspex was immaculate on receipt and fitted as per the description - to absolute perfection.

I ordered 3 floating shelves. Despite there being an adjustment mechanism in the bracket to alter the angle of the shelf, there were no fitting instructions were sent with the shelves. One of the shelves had 3 cut marks on the top surface, which was disappointing since they cost £130.00 each. Apart from that they were great.

Had an initial issue with the order as the wrong product was delivered but this was dealt with quickly. Sadly for the cost I am disappointed with the quality of the product, horrible stickers left on the shelves that are difficult to remove and have left a mark. Installation is also tricky. You need to have the rods lining up pretty well to get them all in at the same time
