Really impressed by Cut My…
I'm honestly really impressed by Cut My. I was making a desk for my daughter's bedroom and had a specific shape and sizes in mind. From my sketch, the designer helped me to finesse the final product which was an improvement on what I'd done. The end product looks great.
Some thoughts - it turns out that the corners in my house are not square. I recommend that you check this before setting off on a bespoke project.
Also, delivery times were longer than I expected - I suspect this was partly due to ordering over the Christmas period, but was also informed that it had extra quality control due to being bespoke (it took a few weeks). This didn't really affect me, but worth knowing.
All in all, five stars and I'd use again.

Absolutely loved my table top. Struggled finding a table to fit perfectly in an awkward gap and came across Cutmy.
Incredibly easy to order, there are multiple options to customise the table top with extra cable holes etc.
Great range of colours available.
Really clear instructions and great communication.
The table top came packaged so well and was so protected on every corner.
Absolutely would recommend to anyone and will be 100000% using again!

Ordered a custom sized desk top for a set of legs for a standing desk I wanted, in order for it to fit into a small home office. I went for one of the cheaper (but probably more durable melamine style tops with an oak trim. The order process was simple and I was provided with an estimated time for the delivery. The website updated throughout the order process and I was notified when the desk top was dispatched. The packing was very good, it would have been challenging for the courier to damage the contents. Would be nice to have a more eco-friendly packing alternative to bubble wrap.
On inspecting the desk there was a tiny chip on one of the edges, presumably from the cutting as the trim was not damaged, however this was not important to me as it is on the underside of the desk where it cannot be seen.

I ordered a new Oak veneer desktop in a bespoke size to fit in my office to give me a little more surface area to work with, for a standing desk. 1300x800. I have to say I was blown away by the quality of the Oak on the table and the finish is amazing. Ordered with a lead time on delivery but was half the anticipated wait so amazing service and product is outstanding - you would be hard pushed to not know it was a solid piece of oak in my opinion. 10/10

Table top arrived with a chip in the corner and lots of hard little lumps on it. Its a table for my kids to do homework on etc.. so its not the end of the world, but I was not impressed. The hard little lumps are very obvious. It was not cheap either!
