The order I received was incorrect, but after speaking to customer services they were quick to rectify the problem and I received my correct order within 48 hours.
I did email at first but no-one got back to me until 9 days later (and it wasn't a helpful response - even though the order had already been sorted by someone else via the phone). If you have issues definitely call instead of emailing.

I did order a desk top, but I was sent a kitchen door (holes sunk in the back for hinges) that was 10cm longer than I'd ordered. So not great quality, and I ended up having to cut it down, so I could have bought any old kitchen door and cut it to size, rather than spending a lot to have something custom-made.
