I can’t recommend this company enough, I placed a custom measured order but got my sizes mixed up which I didn’t even notice. Gavin called me to check my sizes before cutting as by looking at them they thought they were wrong. What other company would call you to say you have made a mistake, I found Gavin extremely helpful and friendly 10/10 for customer service. Product arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Will definitely be using again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends

The order I received was incorrect, but after speaking to customer services they were quick to rectify the problem and I received my correct order within 48 hours. I did email at first but no-one got back to me until 9 days later (and it wasn't a helpful response - even though the order had already been sorted by someone else via the phone). If you have issues definitely call instead of emailing.
